The easiest way to start working with me as a client is through BetterHelp. It handles all of my calendar, bookings, and allows for regular weekly sessions with space to add in more. Click the link below to head to my BetterHelp page, and if you could mention in your opening message that you came to me via this website, that would be grand!

Sometimes we can't do regular sessions. Sometimes our lives are just so busy that we can only book in when we can find the time. As much as weekly sessions are seen to be more beneficial, I don't want to disallow people access to therapy who may be struggling against time poverty. My email is below, tell me your circumstances and we'll see if we can figure something out.

Whether a business or a group of political activists, it is important that you as a group have the space to consider your mental health. Especially during the impact of COVID-19 - still very much a part of the tapestry of our day to day - being able to hold guided group sessions could be very beneficial.

If you are an organisation looking for some mental health support, email me below with information as to your activities, your budget, and what you are looking for!

Therapy has moved to alot of remote, online spaces. Being able to connect with other therapists to explore our practices, network, meet like-minds, and discuss pressing issues we may not ordinarily have space to discuss, can be rather difficult.

This is not a supervision space for us to discuss clients. Nothing confidential should be spoken of here, but rather this is somewhere to discuss what it means to be a therapist in the advent of so many changes across the globe.

For the solitary, the isolated, the remote-working. For the inquisitive, the curious, the developing, and the enquiring. This is a space for us to talk our craft, and grow in our practice, and as people.

I won't lie, I love to talk, and open dialogue, and philosophise and theorise and everything in between. I would love to be able to speak to everyone about what intrigues them, new ideas bubbling on the edges, metamodernity, new ways of therapising, new ways of thinking. The list is endless. As It says on my contact page, I am always open to getting emails to just chat, to be pen pals..
If you don't feel you need therapy, per se, but do want someone to bounce ideas off with, why not become an armchair philosopher with me. Email pen pals! All I ask is two things, 1) be aware I may not have time to reply, as my clients come first, and 2) if you could give a donation for our chats, intermittently, so I can open up slots to people who can't afford therapy, that would be wonderful.
